Minerals are the spark plugs of life, if your minerals are out of balance or low your entire body can feel the effects. Mineral imbalance can have many causes such as stress, environment, pollution, diet.
HTMA tests for crucial minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc and copper. The test also shows any toxic metal levels (these are more common than you think) and whether they are being metabolised efficiently. The ratio of minerals shows us trends in metabolism, adrenal function, liver health, hormones and more. I will interpret the results and put together a personalised plan to support mineral rebalancing.

What is a Dutch Test - Dried Urine Test for Hormones is a non evasive test that looks at how you metabolise hormones, namely estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA and cortisol. It gives me an insight into how your liver is doing and enables me to personalise your hormonal balancing programme.
